We also see in this passage the shortest verse in all the Scriptures: "Jesus wept." Words that give us a window into the heart of God for those suffering the death of someone they love. Of course, Jesus also raises Lazarus from the dead here and that's pretty cool too.

Chapter 10 has two of the most significant passages of the Gospel of John. In the first we find Jesus describing himself as the Good Shepherd. In the second we find the Pharisees picking up stones to kill Jesus because he claimed to be "one" with the Father. Both of these passages are full of powerful meaning and application for our lives.
