Cam and the Rev… and then there’s Jeff

The guys talk about the Integrity belt promotions that took place, a new black belt, a few brown belts, a couple blue and purple belts. Jeff talks about his famous or infamous "cookies" that aren't really cookies which leads to Jeff in a banana hammock selling these protein balls with a fake tan, but we don't really know how we got there. By far one of the funniest episodes yet. Give it a listen and let us know what you think!

On this episode we talk about our crazier younger years where sometimes speed limits were drastically exceeded... Allegedly. Cam powers through this episode with what looks like an alien growing out of his lower leg. We talk about the newest addition to the NFC BJJ card on June 10th, now to include a quartet from Integrity BJJ - Tony McClure, Dylan Cantoral, Everett Hickman, and Tribe HQ purple belt Heath Lankford. Throw them into the mix that already included Sam "Pretty Boy" Acord and Dave Schumacher, it's going to be a fun night at the District in Atlanta! We also get our first CRJ voicemails and play them on the show with some reactions.

Jeff asks what is "OSS" and how can you use it. We put together a celebrity BJJ bracket and talk through who will win. Roll through a list of suggestions out of the Jeff made box, and a couple of online questions. One of the trio got a pedicure with their wife this week... Some of which are just our great kids class trying to get Jeff beat up! We discuss what walkout songs we have used and what would Jeff's walkout song be when he makes his superfight debut. Thanks for listening!

Are white belts just BJJ Strom Troopers? How many BJJ Storm Troopers could Cam and The Rev defeat at one time? And then there's Jeff has hit his first major peak and valley in BJJ, and we dive into the bipolar coaster that is the BJJ mental game, both in training and competitions, and also how that flows over to "normal" life. We're always surprised how everything is connected, even Fenway Park and Carlton Fisk.

On this episode, Cam forces The Rev and Jeff down the rabbit hole that is alien conspiracy theories and then how religious groups would act if that happened. Cam and The Rev... We also discuss upcoming competitions, IBJJF Atlanta Open coming up on May 6th and 7th, and just announced NFC BJJ event on June 10th at The District in Atlanta.
