Some people talk a lot but never follow through. Sadly, many people in the church do the same. They claim to know Christ but live like the world. Hebrews 11:23-31 shows that true faith always results in action.

Sometimes life seems unbearable. The pain and trials of a sin-cursed world drag us down. But faith is the key in these difficult seasons. We can trust Christ even when we cannot see. 

Hebrews 11 is often called the Hall of Faith. But this chapter is more than just a list of exceptional people with extraordinary faith. It calls us to live by the same faith as these believers. The righteous will live by faith. 

Trials are a regular part of the Christian life, but sometimes they cause us to question our faith. We wonder, "What is God doing? Why is this so hard?" But Hebrews 10:32-39 reminds us that God has a purpose in our trials so we can have confident faith in Him. 

Warnings are important for our safety. But those who ignore the warning signs will suffer the consequences. Hebrews 10:26-31 gives us a warning we cannot ignore. Beware of rejecting Christ.

What is the purpose of our good works? Why do we go to church or serve others? Because Christ alone has secured our salvation, we should serve Him with our lives. 

What part do we play in our salvation? In Hebrews 10, we learn that salvation comes entirely by God's grace, not by our effort. Christ did it all for us. So Jesus alone is our Savior. 

Nobody likes to lose their valuables. So we keep important things in safe places. But what about your eternal destiny? Who do you trust for your salvation? In Hebrews 9, we see that Christ's true and final sacrifice is the only security for your eternal salvation.

Religious rituals make people feel closer to God. But do they actually make us right with God? Hebrews 9 teaches us that purity and fellowship with God can only come through Christ. 

Do you wish you could go back to the good old days? Many people long for the past because it's familiar and comfortable. But Hebrews 8 says we have a better future with better promises. In Christ, we have the new and better covenant.
