Red Balloon is launching a “Back to School 20” appeal to raise funds to support children who can’t go to school because of severe bullying or some other personal trauma, and who are still stuck isolated at home despite their peers returning to school. Red Balloon’s Director of Education Rob Watson spoke to Julian & Lucy.
