Brian is the host of Yahoo Finance's new cryptocurrency show 'The Crypto Mile' and works as a features writer for Yahoo Finance. He has created multiple episodes of the series where he has conducted Yahoo Finance video interviews with significant protagonists in the cryptocurrency and fintech sector, such as former Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond, Cardano co-founder Charles Hoskinson, digital artist Emily Yang, former Reagan administration senior economic advisor Steve Hanke and world renown economist Richard D Wolff.

He also writes long-read articles for The Independent on geopolitics and cryptocurrencies. Brian has reported on finance and cryptocurrencies for the City Desk of The Evening Standard and the Daily Express and worked as a UK news presenter for Fuji Television's Goody! News and Viking More. He is also the editor of The Humanoid News (www.thehumanoid.net), a developing independent news outlet. Brian also works in the film industry, as a film director and screenwriter. The extraordinary talented Lucy Martin is hanging out at the BoredMan. Lucy is best known for her role as Queen Ingrid in the hugely popular Vikings. Amongst other very special performances as Diedre in The Seed – 2021, and most recently playing Gilly Belcher in the Amazon hit Prizefighter – The Life of Jem Belcher – 2022.

We enjoyed listening to what it was like for Spencer growing up, his childhood/family, the people that had a major influence on his career and the experiences which affected his humble beginnings. Spencer’s opinionated views has caused some controversy but listening to him in this episode solidifies why he is an extremely intelligent thought-provoking public figure.
