  • ITALY PART ONE

When it comes to talking about how I feel I can either be a bit of a cactus or a full on waterfall. With what happened in Italy - definitely been a cactus, but I wanted to try to express everything in a way that made sense to me in a bit of an intimate space. Stop reading now, go listen.

  • gratitude

It seems like common sense habits like gratitude just magically *disappear* as we get older so I wanted to talk about it and refresh our memories on how we should try to treat each other in life and especially in the workplace. However, I want to highlight that this is a rant and not exactly the type of episodes I want to make, but it makes sense in terms of why I have this podcast - which is to learn and experiment. I'm trying new things here and I hope you appreciate it. In an expression of my own gratitude, I want to say a big thank you to the people who have listened to my first few episodes. I never thought people would be interested enough to check this out, but I'm happy that you did. As a present for this wonderful thing, I am adding Q&A sections to my episodes! Not sure where the link will be posted but I think it autogenerates in this description. Try it out, see if you like it.

  • bullies
If you’ve ever asked me how I’ve been and I just say “good” or go silent, chances are you’ll find out why in this episode. Bullies SUCK and that's why I made an episode about it. It's something that's been on my mind for a while. While everyone had fun after Film School was over, I had to trudge through a LOT of trauma, and basically watch from the sidelines as the people who bullied me were protected, and I was told to shut up and move on. In this episode, we talk about bullying in many forms through my personal life and my career and how it’s empowered me to have strong opinions about what I want and don’t want on a set and how it’s all empowered me to go on. Trigger warning for anyone who is easily set off by these types of discussions, feel free to skip this episode.

  • i hate podcasts

I hate podcasts and have a little that I want to say about it. I also go off topic, but I think a little context about myself is needed, especially as a way of showing why I started this and how I talk endlessly about nothing and forget the point of what I'm talking about. I have had about 10 people randomly say to me that I should start one of these, and I just don't get the hype - but I don't know, maybe my mind will change.
