On this episode of Cut to the Chase:, mass tort guru Matt Hosen discusses the decades long water contamination at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina that has caused significant illness and death to hundreds of thousands of marines, their family members, and anyone that was at that Camp from the 1950s till the late 1980s when the waterbody was declared a superfund site. Led by Ed Bell, legislation was recently passed to set up a fund to compensate those that have suffered or died as a result of being exposed to water at Camp Lejeune.

There is only a 2 year timeframe to file your claim if you or a loved one suffered or died.
