Campground Meditations

Fireplace. Pine trees. Flannel blankets. Silent snow

Weightless above a Coral Reef

Spread out on a warm rock and slow your breath as you listen to the water

We all know the feeling of stepping into a hot tub and wandering to a place of relaxation...

Take a break to view the small city far below and then continue on a climb through the forest

Frogs and moss. The sunrise and humidity.

A quick step outside to hear the crickets and see the moon.

You’re high up. You see pink, yellow, and orange. Your tension is gone and only gratitude is left.

Experience the sound of birds, a lush forest, warmth, and contentment.

Let the tension unravel from your body as you rise into the sky and see the world from above
