Zed Key, or as the Big10 calls him, the most interesting player in college basketball, join’s Cam’s Corner this week !

Zed is from Bayshore New York and was a 3 and 4 star high school recruit out of Long Island Lutheran High School in Brookville New York.

The 6’8 forward talks a lot about the transition period from his freshman year to sophomore year with the Buckeyes and how it was one of the hardest off-seasons he has ever encountered, losing almost 25 pounds.

Off the court, Zed is quite the handy man when it comes to cars and even has his own pet snake, hence the name ‘the most interesting man in college basketball.’ Tune in this week to hear all about Zed’s journey and what is in store next for the Ohio State Senior.

Thomas Zednik, a Johnston Rhode Island native, is now a two-time conference championship after this previous season in the MASCAC.

Standing at 6’5, the 210 pound wide receiver has had this height advantage over his openers ever since he left high school. He talks about how hard it was to choose between either taking basketball or football to the next level in college.

The South Kingstown Rhode Island native, Montaner Fresilli, is very used to being in front of the camera. He attended South Kingstown High School and stayed in the Ocean State to attend the University of Rhode Island, whited berthed his college football career.

After an unfortunate career ending injury, Montaner wanted to seek out ways to still stay around the game he loved. Thus what sparked ‘Munchin with Mo’ a short film segment on GoRhody’s instagram to promote coaches and athletes taking by them around to the best food spots in the Ocean State.

Kasim Hill is in his last year with the Rhode Island Rams as the teams season is coming to a close. With three games remaining on the schedule, I caught up with the Redshirt Senior to see where is mind is at during this final stretch of games at the college level.

Hill has attended Maryland and Tennessee before coming to Rhode Island and he mentions the decision to come to Rhody Nation was as easy as a phone call to his former high school teammate and Rams stand out Wide Receiver last year, Ed Lee. Lee played with Hill for a total of 3 seasons at URI and had his first taste of the NFL with the Patriots this past summer.
