As we enter a new phase in our COVID-19 recovery, the issues facing employers and employees alike have shifted. While safety remains a top concern, the wide availability of a vaccine has many organizations questioning how/when to return to the workforce in full force. As some sense of normalcy returns, there are legitimate legal questions and challenges for employers. Including, can vaccines be mandated for workers returning to the job site and office?
