Can I Thwipp It?

We are back and we saw Wakanda Forever!!! It was amazing and we had a great time chatting about it and all our new books. Also, Manus was gone for like, a month and we chat about his Vermont trip. Big spoilers begon around the 40 minnute mark. Dig it!! 

This was quite a day indeed. 

We started off reading some SpiderVerse comics together like the Spider-Friends that we are.  Then we went to Golden Apple Comics where Dave Baker and Nicole Goux were releasing their best selling new OGGN Forest Hills Bootleg Society.  We got to chatting about the industry and creating as a team like they do. Then, we went to the Hollywood Bowl and saw Herbie Hancock. the last 20 mins of this cast are mostly field recordings of some INSANE jazz that Herbie and Co. performed at the Bowl. It was absolutely amazing and I hope you enjoy this super fun ep!

Wow!!! Freeking once in a life time day caught on tape here at Can I thwipp It!! Rick Lopez, Grant Morrison officianado and friend stopped by and we all went and saw Grant Morrison speak.  Joined by Jeaux Janovsky  @jeauxj and Xaviera Flores in our post show download we hear Rick absolutely GLOWING.  Rick pulled off one of THE most badass manouvers of all time.  I also recorded the first 8 mins of the show for your listening pleasure! Ooooh boy...This is a wild one.  First, Eli and Manus go deep on this weeks pull list and discuss all the new books on their pulls.  Then...well...then they go see Thor: Love and Thunder.  They also drank Moon Shine and things got a bit crazy...Tune in to find out what happened.  THe ep ends with a sober recap a few days later as the moon shine hit pretty hard hahaha.  Enjoy?

We are back again, we're sitting on top of a mountain and we're castin'. It's amazing!! This week we loved Daniel Warren Johnsons Do A Powerbomb, Manus raps his Spidy review, Eli talks about his experience at TCAF wwe play with a Playmates Enterprise D and talk about tons more comics and bEntertainment News!!! Plus Manus debuts a new song with a beat by Zack Johnson called Give Them Love. It slaps! 

Another amazing week in collecting. Manus and Eli go to Frank & Sons and Eli is totally blown away.  Manus is definitely addicted to Magic now. Cards, San Fran Undergrounds, and strange flavord pumpkin seeds.   Come hang out!! 

We are back!! This week we went all over town looking for comic and, Manus' new obsession, Magic Cards. First we went to Neil Adams Crusty Bunker to pay homage to the departed comic legend. Then we bombed around Burbank a bit and then hopped up to Legacy in Glendale so Manus could, "Get His Bruvac." Did he do it? Tune in to find out all that and more!!
