After elrow's 10 year anniversary just a few days ago, it was great to chat to Victor about how elrow has grown over the last 10 years and where he sees the brand in the next 10 years, Victor’s beginnings in the music industry and what he was working on before starting at elrow, elrow’s key to success, career highlights and memorable elrow moments and of course, just like in every podcast, Victor’s guestlist rule!

Sophie Bloggs, besides being one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, is an artist manager and runs the electronic music division within YMU, currently managing Danny Howard, Krystal Klear, Hannah Wants, Kurupt FM and Pvblic Xcess. She has also previously worked with the likes of Yolanda Be Cool,  Nic Fanciulli, Joris Voorn, Oliver Dollar and Duke Dumont and last year won the breakthrough manager award at the Artist and Manager Awards 2019.   It was so good to catch up with her and talk about how she’s found adapting to the current situation that we’re all experiencing due to the global pandemic in terms of thinking and launching new ideas for her artists, how she started out the music industry, goal setting and career highlights, when an artist should take on management and how they should prepare to be managed, tips for managers that are just starting out and lots more!

Kane Michael is a DJ, producer and editor and presenter for Magnetic Magazine. Kane, who is from LA, hosts the very interesting and insightful podcast 'In conversation’, so in this episode we talk about the importance of preparing the right questions for interviews, content creation for big platforms like Magnetic Mag and what people want to see nowadays, how he got into music journalism and how he sees the dance music scene in LA after Covid-19.

As most of you already know, this week should have been the International Music Summit here in Ibiza but unfortunately due to the Covid -19 pandemic, it had to be moved to 2021. Fortunate to grow up around the rich club culture of NYC and influenced by the sounds around him, Avision now finds himself helping to usher in a new wave of techno for the New York scene. Over the last couple of years, he’s had releases on a range of influential labels like Ellum, Drumcode, Hardgroove, Machine, We Are The Brave, Mindshake, Intec, On Edge Society, and many more. Avision started young on the turntables at age 12, and his preference for a more mature sound lead to his first residency by the time he was 15.
