If you had asked Kelly how she might use her qualifications in Communications & Public Relations, she would never have anticipated it would be working in the property industry.

After working as the Sales Manager for a publishing house in Montreal, and a return to Australia to work in Federal Government Public Affairs, Kelly was keen to establish her own business. Fifteen years later, Kelly and her father Lindsay, have enjoyed enormous success and many challenges as they have grown Residential Reports into a thriving operation employing Canberra's finest team.

Her keen interest in real estate and business innovation, has been a driving force in the development of award winning technology solutions for the industry and she is committed to ensuring the RR team are given full autonomy to contribute actively to the company's strategic direction.

Kelly's passion for marketing and business development underpins strong relationships with Canberra's leading agents... who may find her cursing over a wind bike at the Deakin Den at dawn or moonlighting as a taxi driver to 4 gorgeous children who keep her feet cemented firmly to the ground!

Natalia is a town planner at Capital Airport Group, and the national young planner director for the Planning Institute of Australia. In 2017 she was the Planning Institute of Australia's ACT Young Planner of the Year.

Natalia has worked on a wide variety of planning consultancy matters including development applications, lease variations, DA project management, due diligence assessments and community consultations throughout Canberra, the ACT, and surrounding NSW, on both large and small scale projects in urban and rural environments.

John manages Senior Construction recruitment for Hays Canberra, specialising in the recruitment of all management and white collar roles in the industry. John has placed Construction Managers, Senior Project Managers and Senior Site Managers, as well as entry level roles including Junior Foreman and Cadets, servicing all areas of construction including commercial, civil, residential and subcontractors.

As a part of his role John also manages the Trades and Labour team as well as the Logistics, Manufacturing and Warehousing team within Hays. John oversees the consultants recruiting in these areas and am tasked with growing market share. Currently, John has 6 direct reports as well as administration.
