This week, I’ll be talking to you about the importance of projecting forward, how to avoid redundancy, and how to leave a company well. I take you through 5 practical steps you can use to move on!

Losing your job is a huge adjustment and it’s normal to experience a range of emotions. We may feel shock, anger, resentment, relief and much more all in a short period of time.

This is a 3 part season where we look at how to prepare for redundancy if you’re at risk and practical tips to deal with the overwhelming emotions that follow.  In the other episodes, I will be discussing the importance of projecting forward, how to avoid redundancy rebound and how to leave well.

And finally, to round up the season, I will be sharing some advice on the “importance of communication” between Employer and Employee during this time.
