Today I'm talking about something near and dear to my heart - how canicross is perfect for busy moms. As moms we wear so many hats - house keeper, chauffeur, teacher, playmate, chef. Plus if you have dogs then you have a whole other set of responsibilities. How is there time to juggle it all? Well the good news is canicross can be a great time saver for many of those responsibilities and the bonus is it's a whole lot of fun!
