Corrie strives to put each person at the forefront of their own recovery journey, empowering them with the tools to guide their own treatment, assisting them with discovering their inherent worth and personal ability to recover. We break down triggers and warning signs related to their substance use and work together to find effective alternatives for their use that promotes a satisfying, authentic, and purposeful sober lifestyle. By supporting each individual and holding my own personal belief that they CAN AND DO recover, mental health is improved by gaining access to and practicing coping skills that guide the individual to improve their mental health and sense of self-worth.

Corrie is passionate about helping others to find their path to recovery as she is forever indebted to those who helped her find her way. Living a principled life of recovery has been one of her greatest gifts and helps to establish a special awareness and sense of empathy towards the people she is able to work with.

In her down time, you can find Corrie paddle boarding on one of Minnesota's beautiful lakes, running on trails, or practicing yoga. Corrie loves to spend time with her rescue pup, Nix, and they are incredibly grateful to be a therapy dog team with Canine Inspired Change.

Dr. Angie Jung is a Minnesota-born small animal veterinarian, weaving creature comforts and integrative, research-based medicine together to provide quality care to dogs and cats of all ages.
