Four places in America just made pot legal. With narrow majorities in most, two states, one district, and one city passed legislation that makes marijuana legal. Oregon and Alaska will try their hand at regulating cannabis like booze and in Washington D.C., residents can now grow, smoke, and gift weed, but not profit from it.
