We are to care and love people who come to worship equally and not based upon their status or how they are dressed. This means that we should never be dismissive of someone who comes in without and it must be done not in the open or put on social Media praying? What to do

  • Make it Happen Build Meaningful Friendship ?

In conclusion, building strong relationships requires dignity and respect for each other. We need to treat others the way we want to be treated, focus on the other person's needs and feelings, create a sense of calm and safety to facilitate communication, and radiate positive energy and confidence
Every person we encounter possesses their own distinct background and experiences.
trying to emulate someone else is like forcing a round peg into a square hole.
Life is more than just birth and death; it’s an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy.
True contentment stems from within; external circumstances can only complement it, not create it.
Passing judgment only fosters negativity and bad energy, neither of which benefits the world.
As we navigate our journey, let’s always remember the importance of genuine connections, shared experiences, and the transformative power of acceptance
now is the Time to come Together in a world that is moving in Great Divide in order to promote unity and peace

      • Does D E I work ?

        • Diversity is embracing the differences everyone brings to the table, whether those are someone’s race, age, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical ability or other aspects of social identity.
        • Equity is treating everyone fairly and providing equal opportunities.
        • Inclusion is respecting everyone’s voice and creating a culture in which people from all backgrounds feel encouraged to express their ideas and perspectives.
        • But the DEI practice has been around for decades.

The origins of DEI programs date to the Civil Rights Movement, which played a pivotal role in accelerating efforts to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces, said Dominique Hollins, founder of the DEI consulting firm WĒ360.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 outlawed employment discrimination based on race, religion, sex, color and national origin. It also banned segregation in public places, like public schools and libraries. And Title VII of the Civil Rights Act established the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, or EEOC, which works to eliminate employment discrimination.

Then, Floyd’s murder renewed the push for DEI leadership roles and initiatives at major corporations. Between 2019 and 2022, chief diversity and inclusion officer roles grew

“DEI is just another word for racism. Shame on anyone who uses it,” Musk wrote, later doubling down: “DEI, because it discriminates on the basis of race, gender and many other factors, is not merely immoral, it is also illegal.”

Tesla since then omitted all language regarding minority workers and outreach to minority communities in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

        • Have America become a Idol nation ?

We have turned our back on God Almighty who founded this nation.

He has been thrown out of as many public arenas as possible, while we have opened the door to the false god of Islam and the idols of other nations.

Idols then demand sacrifices from humans.
The biblical text that came to my mind was the mockery of idols and idol worshippers in Isaiah 44:9-20. The paraphrased point is: "You idiot idolaters. You chop down a tree, use half of it to cook your food and turn the other half into something that you claim is alive and then treat it as such."
Humans take some material and make something from it. Check.
Humans claim it's alive and act as though it is. Check.
Idols then demand sacrifices from humans (Ps. 106:38). Check again.
Today, for a large percentage of Americans, politics is their idol— It has become one of the nation’s endless forms of false religion.

        • The Collapse of America ?

Russell Vought, one of the architects behind Project 2025, believes there is nothing left to conserve. He desires revolution – and to burn down the system
Anyone who works for the government, from sanitation workers to IRS agents, is demonized as a corrupt parasite who only wants to "serve themselves first and everyone else a distant second." (Never mind that Vought and Trump themselves receive government paychecks.)

Anyone opposing Trump will be fired, and this is what some American Republican voters wanted: this is someone who is going to cut funding for programs like grants, education, and aid for humanitarian relief for the poor, and even give other billionaires access to important files that should be kept confidential. Is the law or unconstitutional while the media let the world know how some of our elected officials that sit in the White House are agreeing with doing evil by hurting people? It is going to get worse the collapse of America keeps praying?

        • Faith over Fear which one ?

What are you going to choose?

Today, one of the most wonderful opportunities that we have to exercise our faith over fear as Christians is to "draw near [to God] with a true heart in full assurance of faith" even though God is the fearful, holy judge who will not even look on our sin because "our hearts [are] sprinkled clean from an evil conscience

Having faith over fear means choosing to have faith in God instead of focusing on what you feel, see and hear. It is a choice to act according to what the Word of God says, not according to what your emotions are telling you.
Faith needs to be intentional, it won’t come automatically or accidentally. You don’t get lucky with Faith – you need to plant good seeds in your heart (the Word of God) and let it grow.

        • what happened to the Leaders?

Why aren’t more pastors more actively involved in civil and human rights advocacy locally and nationally? Why don’t pastors preach more sermons on political, social and economic issues to their congregations? Why aren’t more black pastors involved in ministry that really matters rather than sitting on the sidelines doing and saying nothing about the state of politics in America in general and the state of black America in particular?
Any person pastoring a church and caring for a congregation is a priest-prophet-activist-advocate
Such work is far beyond the cameras and the spotlights, but is just as important in caring for and providing advocacy by meeting the needs of the oppressed, hurting, and ailing people in this land.
Jesus of Nazareth epitomizes a kind of activism on behalf of the poor, oppressed, and dispossessed. He was very concerned about those systems of devaluation which honored some by according them full rights and privileges but shamed others by essentially confiscating their basic human and civil rights. He was compassionately concerned and thus realized that the people needed his ministry

        • what is Good Advice?

Good advice to give someone could include: listen more than you speak, be kind to yourself, take responsibility for your actions, learn from your mistakes, prioritize your health, pursue your passions, practice gratitude, be open-minded, focus on what you can control, and treat others how you want to be treated; essentially, emphasizing self-awareness, positive actions, and healthy relationships with others.
“Nothing in life is free, Son,” he said, passing down some of his own hard-won wisdom to me. “But if you put your mind to something, work hard and do your due diligence, you will certainly succeed in tackling whatever challenges come your way.”

        • D E I what is it for ?

commit to increasing diversity, which is expressed in myriad forms, including race and ethnicity, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, language, culture, national origins, religious commitments, age, disability status, and political perspective.
It involves first recognizing when disadvantages and barriers exist, and then allocating resources and support to ensure equal access and opportunities for all.
all individuals are welcomed, feel a sense of belonging, and are respected, supported, and valued to fully participate. Inclusion means accommodating different needs and perspectives. An inclusive culture embraces and celebrates differences, promotes open and respectful dialogue, and empowers individuals to bring their authentic selves to the table without fear of discrimination
include the recruitment and retention of people with disabilities as necessary for achieving culturally and intellectually rich learning and working environments.
Anti-racism also seeks to transform institutions toward ways of working and interacting that value and honor the full humanity of all people.
the extent that different communities and perspectives are valued, represented, and have a voice in core mission work, from our curricular and co-curricular spaces, to research and scholarship, to workplace experiences, to programs, to infrastructure and development, to community engagement, among others.
A key premise is that doing so achieves equity and uplifts all. Justice involves taking stock of historical harms done to different communities and building this knowledge into planning and action. Justice is about disrupting, sharing and redistributing power.
