  • What is D E I and how important it is ?

DEI initiatives are intended to address and correct discriminatory policies or practices that may be found within an organization, according to Tina Opie, a DEI consultant
implementing accessibility measures for people with disabilities, addressing gender pay inequity, expanding recruitment practices among underrepresented demographics, holding anti-discrimination trainings and more.
DEI creates and then amplifies prejudicial hostility and exacerbates interpersonal conflict,"
DEI has its roots in the 1960's anti-discrimination legislative movement when laws like the Equal Pay Act of 1963, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 addressed labor issues based on protected classes.

The regulation prohibits state universities from using state or federal funds to promote, support, or maintain any programs or campus activities that "advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion .... or promote or engage in political or social activism."

The rules have been criticized as censorship and restrictions of free speech. which is in our Constitution of the united States

  • what does Character mean to you ?

character is our moral qualities of virtues and vices. Someone with good or strong character thinks, speaks, and acts in accordance with virtues such as respect, kindness, and humility.
Character, is a standard of excellence. An adherence to one’s values and principles, based on what you do each day. Every person has the opportunity to decide their values, but values leave a lot of room for interpretation. To live a life of character, your values must be attached to principles and those principles must be adhered to, in order to develop character.

  • were is your faith in God?

One difficult part about being a Christian is believing in things that you cannot physically see. You cannot be a Christian today without believing in a God you cannot see, and that he sent his son to die for your sins, even though you never watched it
By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible.” (Heb 11:1-3)
It is easy to focus on the things that are around us, but it takes a tremendous amount of faith to live like this world

As Christians we are supposed to think spiritually, and have our eyes fixed on the prize of heaven. Believing in, and prioritizing spiritual things to do this requires a lot of faith because spiritual things cannot be seen.

The only way this is possible is to have a relationship with God, that trusts in Him completely.

  • why is fear Controling you?

Emotional fears, like the fear of rejection or failure, can be so overpowering that we try to avoid them as much as we can.

you need to acknowledge your fear and get to know it inside and out. Take a moment to let this sink in. Fear is a natural human feeling, and there's nothing weird about it!

Normalizing your experience of fear is the first step to making it less overwhelming.

Many people don't admit they feel afraid, even when they do. Sometimes they're not

The problem is, many people judge themselves based on how they believe others see them. They’re afraid that someone may not like them

    How to overcome fear:
You can talk to a trusted adult or seek professional help if needed.
Surround yourself with positive people and content, and try to maintain healthy behaviors.
You can try turning failures into successes by failing forward.
If you or someone you know is struggling or having thoughts of suicide, you can call or text the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988.

  • How did you leave your church when it was Time?

Communicate clearly and lovingly with others you are close with in the church about your leaving. The church is a family. And just like any family, it is a joy to receive new members, and it is sad to say goodbye to those who leave. This is why clear communication with those you are close to in the church is so important. Don't make people wonder for months and months where you have been when you have already left. This isn't loving or fair to your brothers and sisters at the church. Communicate clearly and graciously. I recommend doing this in person, on the phone, or through a thoughtful, personal email. Don't go the route of communicating your leaving through a mass email that could cause confusion and potential division. I've seen this happen several times, and it is never a good thing. Satan loves to divide, and he works powerfully when there is confusion and lack of clarity. Communicate clearly and personally with folks. This is the right thing, the loving thing to do.

    1. 1) Pray about it. Sometimes people leave their church for the right reasons, and sometimes not. ...
    2. 2) Take responsibility. ...
    3. 3) Communicate. ...
    4. 4) Be kind. ...
    5. 5) Go to church somewhere. ...
    6. Love like Jesus.
    7. Here are important ways to leave if things are happening.

      • Culture: You don't resonate with the church culture
      • Direction: You disagree with the church's overall direction
      • Personal reasons: You feel bullied or ostracized
      • Biblical reasons: You feel the church is diminishing doctrine, tolerating sin, or has unqualified leadership
      • Family: Your role in the church is taking a toll on your family

      • what has being in Denial taught you ?

You might ask, Why would someone experience denial about a dangerous illness like alcohol use disorder? and other problems they are facing Unfortunately, there is no complete theory of denial as it relates to addiction. We need more scientific research to be able to say for sure what factors lead to denial in people with alcohol addiction.
Don’t attack them or try to force them to accept their addiction. Rather,  in an empathetic way. Let the person know you care about them. Tell them that your only wish is for them to be happy and healthy. Reflect their answers instead of arguing with them. Try to see the situation from their point of view.

      • Are you letting Jealous Control you ?

Have your comments ready before you approach the person, so you know your talking points and have thought about their possible reactions.  Talk to them in a way that you would want to be talked to, using kindness and empathy.
Being the bigger person is never easy, but with practice it does come more naturally. What you will discover over time is that people will naturally be more drawn to you when you are interested in talking about them and not yourself. Their jealousy will subside because the focus has been turned toward the positive
Providing them with a compliment and also acknowledging that differences exist and that is normal and fine will help ease their own insecurities.  You can’t compliment someone into happiness, but you can help disarm their negative comments that are rooted in jealousy if you provide them with positive feedback.
You will never have favor with everyone you encounter.  People will dislike you, especially when you remind them of their own shortfalls or failings.  That’s part of the deal in being successful.  The more successful you become, the more you will find people will become jealous and thus negative commentary will be coming your way.
The haters should be kept at arms length or further if possible. Don’t allow the negativity from hateful, jealous people to have power over your life. Choose to be close to people who encourage and support you and your life endeavors. Be of encouragement to those you love too. You will see that the encouragement and love become increasingly symbiotic, which can be empowering for everyone involved.

      • should i fear Man over God ?

Many of us do the same thing. We crave the approval of others. We fear their rejection, condemnation, and anger. We feel that we need them to accept us.
The Bible has a lot to say about idols. When it comes to the fear of man, surprisingly, the underlying idol is actually us.
Who’s controlling us? If it’s people and not God, then in some way we give people the right to tell us what to feel, think, and do.
Often we worry about what others think of us.

it’s important to think about whose voices you’re listening to and what influence they have in your life
For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love.
