🥊 Season 2, Episode 2 — Cris Coniglio
I sat down with Cris Coniglio for a conversation about something we all need at some point in our lives—perspective, support, and somewhere to put the weight of what we’re carrying.
We talked about what it means to surround yourself with people who can support you when life gets heavy, while also finding something that gives you an outlet. For Cris, that became weightlifting and training. During some of the harder times in her life, the gym gave her somewhere to channel her energy, clear her head, and keep moving forward.
We also got into integrity, releasing the burdens we hold onto, and how sometimes the situation itself doesn’t change—but the way we look at it can.
I think there’s something powerful about finding that thing that brings you back to yourself. Maybe it’s lifting. Maybe it’s running, writing, music, faith, or simply having the right person to call. Whatever it is, you don’t have to carry everything alone.
Sometimes a stronger tomorrow starts with changing your perspective today.

SEASON 2 STARTS NOW. 🥊
We’re kicking off a brand-new season of Can’t Catch a Break with Byron Irwin and a conversation about what success can look like when it becomes about more than just building a business.
Byron and I talk about entrepreneurship, building something that lasts, and the responsibility that can come with success. But what really drives this conversation is giving back—especially creating opportunities, support, and a brighter future for children in the community.
Because building a successful business is one thing. Using what you’ve built to make somebody else’s life better is something entirely different.
Season 2 is about going even deeper into the people, decisions, setbacks, and comebacks that shape our lives—and I couldn’t think of a better conversation to start it.

Relapse doesn’t erase your progress. This episode is about what happens when you fall, how you find the strength to get back up, and why giving up is never the answer. Sobriety isn’t about perfection—it’s about continuing to fight for yourself.

Two different paths. One decision that changed everything. In this episode, I sit down with my friend to talk honestly about sobriety, the moments that force you to look inward, and what it takes to keep moving forward when life feels stuck. We get into the hard truths, the personal growth, and the work that happens after you decide you want something different for your life. And in one of those weird full-circle twists—his sobriety date happens to be my birthday.
Sobriety isn’t the end of the story. Sometimes it’s where the movement begins.

Resilience Is a Superpower
What happens when life doesn’t just knock you down—it keeps coming?
In this episode of Can’t Catch a Break, we get into resilience, adversity, and what it actually takes to keep moving when life doesn’t go according to plan. We talk about the experiences that tested us, the moments that changed us, and how some of the hardest chapters of our lives ultimately shaped who we became.
This isn’t about pretending everything is okay. It’s about adapting, growing, finding strength when you’re running low, and getting back up one more time.
Because resilience isn’t just surviving what happened to you. It’s what you do next.
