Why do we feel we have to have a break from social media?

Is it addictive? Is it all negative? 

Why can't we just limit ourselves, our usage, and not allow it to make us feel so overwhelmed that we have to physically remove it off our smartphones to try mentally sort ourselves out?

Last week I discussed what it is like being in a relationship and confined to the home together during lockdown (I am so so so ready for a girl's night out nowwww) so this week I wanted to discuss the opposite = being single and isolated.

One of the knock on effects beyond our personal mental health, is negatively impacting out relationships. We're not used to being stuck in the house around one other person (or that person + extra family) for 24/7!

Back in March 2020, the height and weight that dogs can be housed in HDB flats have been resized by the government scheme - you can now adopt a dog that is up to 55cm in height, with no weight restriction. There are so many slightly larger dogs out there that need your love and happy home life, and they can now get it. YAY FOR THE DOGGIES.

Aside from the above, we're all dealing with the affects of the global pandemic of the Coronavirus, which for the majority of us means we're at home alot more than ever before. Now is the perfect time to introduce a fur baby to your home.
