Mexican Hot Chocolate (Cocktail)
1 cup milk of choice

1 tbsp of cocoa powder

1 tbsp sugar

Pinch of salt

Pinch of cinnamon

Pinch of cayenne pepper

1 oz of tequila

Whipped cream, cinnamon sticks (optional)
Add all ingredients except for tequila to a saucepan.

Whisk to combine.

Heat on low until mixture comes to a gentle boil, stirring.

Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Pour in mug, add tequila and whisk again.

Top with whipped cream and cinnamon sticks, if desired.

¼ shot glass rum

¾ shot glass of amaretto liqueur

4 ounces light beer
Fill a pint glass halfway with light beer.

Pour ¾ of a shot glass of amaretto liqueur into a shot glass.

Carefully float the rum on top of the liqueur.

Light the rum on fire.

Quickly drop the shot glass into the pint glass of beer, drink up quick!
