In a world with so many responsibilities and demands, skill for living is vital. God provides us truth for guidance, so our direction is clear and healthy; insight as to how to apply the truth; and then wisdom or skill for living it out in everyday situations. We must then choose whether to take His wisdom or the wisdom that others offer.

Communication is at the heart of relational living. God gives guidance on speaking with care so as to enhance healthy relationships and as a mark of biblical maturity.

If we claim to be a believer in Christ, God Himself says there will be accompanying behavior that will validate our faith to one's self, and to others. If no accompanying behavior, then our faith is either not real and genuine or we are missing out on what we could be enjoying – the blessing of God and the influence on others that faith in action can have.

God created us to live relationally with each other. He instructs us and warns us, that playing favorites, or prejudging people, is wrong and that there are consequences for such behavior. He holds out a better way – practice love and care for each other
