Mike attended the University of Houston— Downtown where he received his bachelor’s degree in business management and is currently pursuing a master’s in business administration from the University of North Carolina—Chapel Hill. He served ten years in the US Army, with a majority spent in Special Operations as a Green Beret. Since purchasing his first investment property in 2014, Mike switched his focus to creative investing. My guest today is Thomas Joseph.Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in finance, with a concentration in real estate, from DePaul University and both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Kelley School of Business, at Indiana University.Thomas developed a broad leadership, organization and planning skill set while serving as an officer in the United States Army. After exiting the military, he joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Management and Data Analytics Consultant. In this capacity he led and supported multi-billion-dollar initiatives in areas of data analytics and business intelligence, workforce performance, implementation planning and strategy, IT strategy, strategic advisory to executive stakeholders and political appointees and evaluating IT vendors and their platforms.
