First, The plaintiff dated the defendant. She says she helped the defendant pay for an attorney in a child custody case and his car repairs. He has not reimbursed her in full, so she’s suing. The defendant argues he never offered to pay for the attorney fees. He thinks the plaintiff is suing for more than what he owes for car repairs.

Then, The plaintiff says the defendant is her son, and he’s amazing, but he won’t stop smoking pot and keeps wrecking cars while under the influence. She’s suing him for breach of contract. The defendant admits he likes to smoke, but he insists he’s a responsible father of three. He says his mother is suing for more than he owes.
