Paul J Daly has been a part of the automotive industry for 20 years. From selling his first startup to writing his NADA Dealer Academy trusted book "The Automotive Manifesto," his career displays a commitment to the industry that borders obsession. This commitment has led him to opportunities to work as a brand instructor with Simon Sinek and as one of the alpha members of Gary Vaynerchuk's mentorship program.
When the Covid-19 pandemic began, Paul conceptualized the first Automotive State of the Union live stream event. From there, ASOTU became the only dealer-owned media publisher, from which Paul works to unite all levels of retail automotive to fully realize its impact and potential in the team members' lives, our communities, and our nation.

Kyle Mountsier has been in the automotive industry since 2009, with more than a decade on the dealership front lines. His unique ability to connect people and processes makes him a trusted advisor among Dealer principals, GMs, marketing directors, and auto industry vendors. Through his work as Partner and COO at ASOTU, Founder at Auto Genius, and Co-Founder at Contagious Auto, he has taught thousands through workshops and keynotes at national automotive conferences.

Jason Silberberg is a Co-founder of Nabthat and oversees the company’s business development and strategy. Prior to Nabthat, Silberberg was the Chief Executive Officer of Addictive Entertainment, a mobile technology content aggregator working with Telecommunication companies such as Orange (France Telecom), T-Mobile and Telefonica O2. From 2004 to 2007, he worked at Mandalay Media (formerly Twistbox Entertainment and currently traded on NASDAQ: APPS), where he served as Vice President of Global Sales & Client Development. During his time as Vice President of Global Sales & Client Development, the company’s revenue grew from $2 million to $20 million within 18 months and the company took in capital from notable Venture Capital companies such as Spark Capital & ValueAct Capital before going public.

Before Mr. Silberberg’s career in technology, he assisted his father with their car dealership (originally based in Hermosa Beach, CA) which focused on high-end antique/collectible automobiles. Some of the notable vehicles the dealership owned were recipients of prized awards such as Best in Show at Concours d’Elegance. Mr. Silberberg’s further automotive experience was as a Sales Manager/Internet Manager for Auto Stiegler Mercedes-Benz.
