Caramuel hace un descanso de un par de meses con este especial PIONERAS. Muchas de las protagonistas de este podcast nacieron a finales del siglo XIX. La primera parte está centrada en mujeres de la década de los años 20 en Estados Unidos. La industria musical estaba reservada para los blancos, pero el blues de los negros que venían del sur, buscando una vida mejor, empezó a comercializarse. Detroit 1958. Smokey Robinson y Gerry Gordy crean la discográfica Tamla Records, que pronto pasaría a llamarse Motown.

Ambos, junto al trío de talentosos compositores y productores Holland- Dozier- Holland y el grupo de músicos de sesión The Funk Brothers, fueron la base fundamental del sonido Motown y responsables de los incontables éxitos de este sello.

Después de unas cuantas semanas, involuntariamente, alejada de las ondas, Caramuel vuelve, con un programa dedicado a la bahía de California, aprovechando la visita de Neva, una invitada de Santa Rosa, localidad muy cerquita de San Francisco. Suenan temas del periodo comprendido entre el año 64 y el 69 en el que explosionó la música y la psicodelia en California y se celebra el Human Be In, en el Golden Gate Park de San Francisco en 1967.
