It’s increasingly common for workplaces to be comprised of employees from varying age brackets, and effectiveness at your workplace is directly tied to how well you work with others. In this episode of SHRM’s Career Compass, cohosts Misha Adams and Kevin Abbed speak with Kayla Despres on the topic of successfully working alongside coworkers of different generations. Kayla is the head of HR for Bilfinger Westcon, an industrial construction company based in Bismarck, North Dakota.
