Speaking is just not using impressive vocabulary or having fluent speaking skills. Speaking to make others listen is a roller coaster ride that should excite people, Which should make a connection with people, Which should be from heart, which should not be fake most importantly.

These are few points which if taken care of then you will have all which helps you to have a conversation or speech which people will listen to.

True and correct facts with complete knowledge: Make sure when you speak to someone one to one or in public you know the facts correctly and fully else you are just going to pretend which will not help you in any way. Having correct information boasts your confidence to speak and it also builds trust for you which is the most important thing to make people listen to you.

The problem arises when we just open our mouth about anything which we are not aware of and people are hardly listening to you. This one point if considered will make the difficult task easy and possible to achieve.

Have respectful conversations  - Nobody is bounded to listen to you but would love to listen to something or somebody who respects each and every person's sentiments, thought process, and beliefs. And, most importantly if we give respect then we get it So, we should always respect each other. So passing statements that are direct or blunt can be a hindrance.

So, never say that "you are wrong" or "you are capable of nothing" as when we say so then the person will never fearlessly speak to us or present some idea.  The person will never respect us also. We should rather tell them our viewpoint and ask them their point of view to make them understand things better. In the process, if you are wrong do admit it.

Have conversations that are of other's interest.

Have transparent and open conversations - When we talk with a secret intention then that looks pretty fake and we cannot have a genuine connection with our listener. So the first thing is to have a transparent agenda which is known to all.

#Weekly #schedule with the #focus of the day  

Tip no 3 is having a #weeklyplan which means that you need to plan your #To-Do #list weekly. If you plan less then 1 week you may loose on some tasks and if #planned for more than it may result in over #planning. The components should be as follows:  #DailyFocus which should be the first thing in your #Weeklyschedule which means what will be the main focus of the day so that full attention is given to it as people are engaged in multiple things which may result in less #attention in #longtermgoals. 

For example, if a person is a teacher and doing #business simultaneously what should be taken care of in a day should be mentioned as a daily focus at the top of your daily schedule. z3Tasks which should be according to #135Formula and tasks should be planned as per daily #focus. The sample weekly schedule is below.  

Make sure that you have kept time and room for suddenly emerging tasks that pops up and they need to be done. This is something which people miss on and then when some task suddenly emerges than you will have to #reschedule everything which will not be a #stressful #situation but it will also result in #time and #resource #wastage. This is what we want to avoid and is the sole purpose of #timemanagement.

It is best to review the photo tags regularly and verifying if you are tagged in the right posts or photos.

Do not put any strong #comments in favor or against of any specific #political party. Do not put any #religious, #spiritual comments which may hurt any particular religion. Do not put any comment which is #inhuman by using harsh language. Do not post any #negative comments against anyone and also make sure that you do not #complain about any person or #company on social media. There are specific #platforms for the same.  

BE #DISCOVERABLE You should be using the right #keyword in your profile like industry details, title, #description, skills, etc so that when searches are done you are searched. Right people are able to find you when they search using those keywords

CONTENT AS PER THE #AUDIENCE Your posts are for the audience so it needs to be as per their interest. You should write clear and explaining content that is best for your audience. 

BUILD SOCIAL TRUST This is a very important thing to be considered while building your social media profile. It is just like we create trust in real life with our peer group so that they can trust us, 

#CROSSPROMOTION AMONG #PLATFORMS You can do so by putting links of different social media on your #website, #email #signatures, posts, etc. Various platforms allow cross-promotion like: 

DO NOT SEND DIRECT MESSAGE AGAIN There is complete no to send a direct message to anyone again and again. you should follow interpersonal skills while communicating in direct conversations.

Daily #schedule on 135 #formula  

In our first Time management hack series tip, we saw how to schedule our priorities now let us see after that how can we make our #dailyschedules.  The formula to schedule our #dailytask list is known as 135 Formula.  

135 Formula which says a #To-Do list consists of limited #tasks that too aligned according to your #energylevel in a day. The items according to this formula are explained below:   

1 means 1 Big Task which should be the first thing on your #To-Dolist and the time assigned should be when you are high on energy. In general, the morning time but can vary from person to person. It will not only assure that the big task is completed but will also make sure that it is done in the best possible way. 

3 means 3 Medium Tasks which should be after 1 high task on your To-Do list and the time assigned should be when you have medium energy. In general the afternoon time. 

5 means 5 Easy Tasks which should be last on your To-Do list and the time assigned should be when you are low on your energy. In general the evening time. It makes sure that if some task of your To-Do is left out it will be an easy or small task.    

By doing this you will be clear on what you have to do every day which will help you To save time by not #wasting in deciding what to do and when. To make sure that important task is #completed on time.

#TIME #MANAGEMENT #HACK #SERIES - #TIP 1 

#Schedule your #priorities  

One of the main things which we all have in less quantity is #Time. But, more than time if the usage of time is not #focused then you are surely going ta have time #utilization #issues.   

Do you think we can #manage time? 

No, we cannot but yes we can #utilize our #time better.  

So, what you need to do? 

Know what needs how much time.  

For knowing this, simply you need to spend some time for your time #utilization #planning. 

So, for this follow the following steps: 

At the beginning of the #week sit with pen and paper. 

Write all the things or tasks which you wish to do or you have to do in the coming month. 

Divide the paper in 2 by 2 #matrix which is known as the #CSIWMATRIX and 

put the tasks in the matrix.

The first part will consist of all the urgent and important tasks which need to be done immediately and are basically pressing problems or #deadlines.

The second part will consist of all the important but not urgent tasks which need #planning and should get #maximum time. These are long term goals related #tasks. 

The third part will consist of the tasks which can be #delegated or #rescheduled. These tasks do not need your time or should be given time if you have extra time left. 

The fourth part will consist of all the #unwanted #activities which need to be removed from your task list.  

By doing this you will be in a better #position to know what your tasks are and the next tip will tell you about how to spend time doing these tasks which is the next most important thing for better time utilization.

This book is one of my favourite #books as this is something that really tells you the real way of #effectiveness. The concept of the #paradigm shift was introduced by the #author and this book also helps to understand that there can be a different #perspective of looking at things by different #people.  

This book talks about the #principle of characters on which #happiness and success are based on. It will help you to have #effective #personal & #professional #interpersonal #skills.   

In today's world, everyone wants a #quickfix #solution or #method for quick #success which you may get but will not stay for long with anyone. Success and #happiness which is long term is #dependent on #personal #ethics and #strengthening the core and motives rather than #behaviours, #attitudes, #personality.  

This also talks about three stages of increasing #maturity - #dependence, #independence, and #interdependence called the #maturity #continuum. For attaining the level of interdependence one must #cultivate the seven habits.

#INTERVIEW #HACK #SERIES - #TIP 15 

#Make a #human #connection   

Every #interview is different and so is every #interviewer. 

So, treat them and prepare yourself #differently for all. When you go for an interview make sure that you are prepared for the #unexpected but at the same time be aware of your #personality and the #place,#jobprofile you are going for an interview. This will give you the required #confidence and when you are already prepared for the unexpected than anything which comes in the way you can #handle that with #calmness.  

The person taking an interview is a human being so more than what you have in your resume, it is what connections you #develop in your #conversation. This #connection can be developed if you understand that the interviewer is for #selecting the most #desirable person for the vacant #position. 

So, your answers should be as per the need of the job profile. You need to understand that he will evaluate you against the #attributes of the job profile.   

Do give importance to the initial 1 #minute of your #conversation because that is the time when you get your #impression created on the person in front of you.  Here, have the best #introduction which is possible for you, and then let the #conversation going.  

I will again reiterate for any job interview, skills give you confidence but the way you present at that #moment is what lets your selection or #rejection.  

So, remember to be in the #moment and give your 100 % at that point. Present your best keeping in mind the person sitting in front of you. Your body language matters the most so as it is been told many times. Try to maintain a positive body language which we have already discussed in one of the tips.

#Answer the #interview #questions   

When you go for the #jobinterview, you need to be #prepared well in advance about what #questions will be asked as these questions provide you an #opportunity to showcase yourself and #sellyourskills. During the# interview, there are many #questions that are asked and all the people are #fearful of these questions. 

There are a lot of things going in our mind like: 

How many questions would be asked? 

How long should be the answer? 

How many questions would be asked? 

What questions can be unanswered?  

How many questions would be asked? 

This is purely dependent on what profile you are going for the #interview and the #organization in which you are going for an interview. There is no fixed number for the questions in the interview.  

How long should be the answer? 

The length of the answer depends but try to have #short and# simple answers which are to the point. It is better to have 3 to 4 points in an answer and also try to have #open-ended #conversations for better understanding.  

How many questions would be asked? 

The number of questions are not fixed. Your interview can have 2, 3 questions or it can also have many questions.   

Type of questions 

There are various types of questions which can be asked in the interview including 

Questions related to you - The questions which relate to you and what you have mentioned in the #resume. 

#Generalknowledge related questions - The questions which relate to #General knowledge. \

#Behaviour related questions - The questions which relate to your behaviour on day to day basis. 

#Technical questions - The questions which relate to your profession and technical knowledge. 

#Thoughtprocess related questions - The question which relates to your thought process in a particular situation. You can check other tips for more #knowledge on interview skills.
