This week, I had a conversation at great distance, all the way to Australia with Inga Joseph.
Inga is a naturopath, energy healer, and mentor, as well as the founder of Paradise Holistic Health. Her mission is to empower individuals and create a community that understands how physical, mental, and spiritual health are interrelated and cannot exist without each other.
We talked about energy and intuition, Inga showed us an exercise to trust our bodies in decision making, and my main take away is our discussion about how subconscious beliefs, often rooted in childhood perceived traumas, are contributors if not generators, not only of disease, but similarly of career circumstances that may appear random and unjust but that are a by-product of our own subtle and often unconscious patterns of behaviours.
Some of the highlights of this conversation are:
Spirituality is a commitment
Ancestry and beliefs system
How much Free Will do we have
An easy way to trust our intuition
The real causes of dis-ease patterns
Secondary gains that keep us stuck: what do we gain in toxic situations
Childhood traumas and underlying beliefs that impact our careerOn Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/inga-joseph-16b33421b/
