Deva has been many things in many places. His talent has always been... "talent". He helps people and companies in the talent ecosystem to find their mission, identify their strengths and then to dial it up for exponential growth, via coaching and his boutique investment bank (Partners+).

When he's not working or raising his daughters and making his wife laugh or turn up her nose in disapproval, he meditates, runs, swims and trains in martial arts. He is also writing his first novella, which is based on his current understanding of spirituality.

Episode 5 of  Career & Spirituality Conversations is actually not a new conversation, but a mix of previous ones on a specific topic. 

As I was re-listening to Rayania Chaenn's channeling from 2 weeks ago, it hit me that there was similarities with some advice that Career Coach Bill Amirault had given us on episode 1.
