She has had a long, successful business career in healthcare and tech, starting at pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly before moving on to consulting.

In this episode we take a chance to meet with Valerie Schweigert, the new Associate Director at the UW Q Center to hear all about their experiences working within a space dedicated to the advocacy and uplifting of LGBTQ+ identities, with a heavy focus on people of color in its mission.
