To speak on this topic, I brought on Career & Leadership Development Expert, Kimberly Brown.

In today's episode, I interviewed top-rated resume writers in my company who were producing great work and wowing clients. These are real resume writers who work weekly -- even daily -- to create resumes that get their clients results. I asked them about their process, what their secret sauce was, and even mistakes they've made when writing resumes. I believe you'll hear some great answers and learn something you didn't know before. Please enjoy this special episode of the Career Warrior Podcast.

Today we are going to discuss four rituals that you can use to have a successful job search. I expect that these tips will not only equip you for success but will also make you feel more fulfilled and strong when embarking on this part of your journey. The aim would be to land the right job for you faster, but also to arm you with some rituals that you can take even past the job search stage.
By following these suggestions, I also believe you will protect yourself from the negative emotions that may come from job seekers (depression, loneliness, anxiety), but you’ll come out a better person as a result.
Basing this off of some personal things that I know have helped me -- well actually most of this stuff I’ve done myself

Today, we’re going to expose some of the tackiest and counterproductive gimmicks that job seekers are using in this day and age.
If you’re using these gimmicks, you’ll become aware that they are gimmicks so you can stop doing them. If you’re not, you’ll know never to try it or at least be entertained by this episode. Lastly, I’ll give you a substitute for what to do instead that is grounded in good resume writing principles.

To tackle the often nebulous topic of values, I brought on the legendary Scott Miller. Recruited by Dr. Stephen Covey’s team, Scott built a 25-year career in the world’s most respected and influential leadership development firm serving in nearly every role imaginable. Keep in mind that this is the same firm and same Stephen Covey that is behind The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
Scott currently serves as the Special Advisor on thought leadership for Franklin Covey and is the host of their weekly podcast series, On Leadership with Scott Miller. Scott is also the host of FranklinCovey’s monthly bookclub on Bookclub.com that debuted last April 2021. Additionally, Scott is the prolific author of numerous books, writes a column for Inc. Magazine, and keynotes for clients around the world.
Scott believes that messes can lead to successes, and that’s one reason why I’m excited to bring him on the show! If you’re looking for a way to ignite that professional and career genius within you, then this is the episode for you.
