In this episode, I had the privilege to interview our marketing's Editor in Chief, Anna Moroz!
Anna Moroz shares her and her team's process and strategies, from planning to writing to publishing our careerist blogs. And you can tell her team has done a fantastic job by showing growth from 7 thousand to 9 thousand readers in just the past month.
She comes from a family of theater actors, and one of her majors was theater management. Now with Careerist being her career, theater has turned into one of her hobbies. She also shares her passion for traveling, languages, and education. It was very insightful and exciting!
As CPO, Denis and his team work on the vision of the course developments. And connect the dots with all the other departments to help them understand the courses and their concept. In addition, they modify and create the curriculum tailored for our students to have higher placement, higher salaries, and a better future.

Denis is full of technical and educational value and an all-around fascinating guy. He previously owned his own hookah business and blogged. His unique interests are pottery and flying planes for fun, and my favorite, he's a fellow motorcycle enthusiast!

Daria is Careerist's HR Director and has been doing a fantastic job creating order, company culture, and organization in a fast-paced, growing start-up. In this episode, we discover how Daria became a part of Careerist, how she recruited over 100 people in 3 months, and her work building an open-minded company culture.

If you want traveling advice, definitely talk to Daria. She doesn't focus on just visiting. Instead, she learned how to experience these places as if she were a local. "If I don't feel this country, I can not say I've been there."
"I feel like working with friends it's crucial for me. It's about people, the atmosphere, and the product we have."
In this episode, we interview one of our senior employees Anna Chorna. Anna has been with our company since the very early days when we only had around 20 employees over two years ago. She has worked in many different roles in our company, such as QA, Sales advisor, and Mentor; she became a Lead and is now moving to another role developing and managing a new project. We discuss Anna's role in our company, talk about racing and mafia, and dive into the relevance and difference in our educations systems.
Our special guest in this episode is Alexey Ishchenko, Careerist's Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). He is a fantastic leader, motivator, and an all-around fun guy! We discuss the qualities of a leader and how his life and hobbies influenced his skills for his current position. Valentina Vishynakova, is a Webinars Director with Careerist. She is a lot of fun but also really smart.
