Here is one of my favourite take-aways from episode 198 with Dr. John Demartini. 

Be careful not to put people on pedestals or in the pits. Instead, put them in your heart. 

Don't put yourself ahead of the needs of others. That's careless.

Don't put others first to the detriment of yourself. that's careful. 

Instead, come together as something greater.
