  • A Near Death Experience (NDE) A flash back of a lifetime
Life review. A life review is a phenomenon widely reported as occurring during near-death experiences, in which a person rapidly sees much or the totality of their lifehistory in chronological sequence and in extreme detail.
It is often referred to by people having experienced this phenomenon as having their life "flash before their eyes". The life review is discussed in some detail by near-death experience scholars such as Raymond Moody, Kenneth Ring, and Barbara Rommer. A reformatory purpose seems commonly implicit in accounts, though not necessarily for earthly purpose, since return from a near-death experience may reportedly entail individual choice.
While experiencers, who number up to eight million in the United States, sometimes report that reviews took place in the company of otherworldly beings who shared the observation, they also say they felt unjudged during the process, leaving themselves their own strongest critics. Although rare, there are also a few accounts of life reviews or similar experiences without a near-death experience, such as during the simpler out-of-body experience or when under circumstances of intense threat or duress. Many scientists discount near-death experiences themselves and criticize their credibility. Furthermore, there is evidence suggesting cultural differences in the near-death experience, which is why some believe NDEs are hallucinatory https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Life_review

  • Ska Nation 360 Alphanso Castro Dropping some wicked Ska Music
In 1957 Morgan entered the Vere Johns Opportunity Hour, a talent show held at the Palace Theatre in Kingston. He won with rousing impressions of Little Richard and, shortly after that, was recruited to perform around the island with the popular Jamaican comedy team Bim and Bam. In 1959 Morgan entered the recording studio for the first time. Duke Reid, the acclaimed sound system boss, was looking for talent to record for his Treasure Isle record label. Morgan cut two popular shuffle-boogie sides "Lover Boy", a.k.a. "S-Corner Rock", and "Oh My". Soon after, Morgan cut the bolero-tinged boogie "Fat Man", which also became a hit. He also found time to record for Coxsone Dodd.
In 1960 Morgan became the only artist ever to fill the places from one to seven on the Jamaican pop chart simultaneously. Among those hits were "Don't Call Me Daddy", "In My Heart", "Be Still", and "Meekly Wait and Murmur Not". But it was the following year that Morgan released the biggest hit of his career, the Leslie Kong production of "Don't You Know", later retitled "Housewives' Choice" by a local DJ. The song featured a bouncing ska riddim, along with a duet by Morgan and Millicent "Patsy" Todd.
"Housewives' Choice" began the legendary rivalry between Morgan and Prince Buster, who accused Morgan of stealing his ideas. Buster quickly released "Blackhead Chiney Man", chiding Morgan with the sarcastic put-down, "I did not know your parents were from Hong Kong" – a swipe at Kong. Morgan returned with the classic "Blazing Fire", in which he warns Buster to "Live and let others live, and your days will be much longer.

  • Near Death Experience from Australia with guest John Scott
    Near-death experience
A near-death experience is a personal experience associated with death or impending death. Such experiences may encompass a variety of sensations including detachment from the body, feelings of levitation,
If someone you know has had a near-death or similar experience, it is as if the other person has returned from a country you have never visited and cannot even imagine. The best thing you can do for them is listen. Simply being with the person and letting him or her talk will be more helpful to them than you may think; you are not expected to have answers or opinions. There are many interpretations of NDEs, and only the individual can decide the meaning of this particular experience.
It will help to educate yourself about NDEs.  Try looking through our web site, reading some books, listening to some recordings. We have a page describing common after-effects in the experiencer, and another page on NDEs in the terminally ill.
An NDE is not an indication of mental disorder, but its effects are often powerful. Some people adjust easily afterwards, while others feel challenged to integrate the experience into their subsequent lives. Their interests, hobbies, likes and dislikes may change; they may seem moody and distant; their personality may even seem different. If the person is really struggling, or if the changes are causing disruption of relationships, professional help may be needed for the person to get back on track. We have some information about finding professional support, and on informal support.http://iands.org/if-someone-you-know-has-had-an-nde.html

  • Woman approaching menopause know a hot flash when she feels one
Perimenopause is referred to as the final cessation of your menstrual cycle and the time in which you will start to see and feel the signs and symptoms of menopause—including weight gain, hot flashes, and mood swings. Perimenopause differs for every woman, but on average it takes about a year to complete (unless you have a full hysterectomy), between the ages of 45 to 55, after which time you are post-menopausal.
    1. Missed Periods
    2. Hot Flashes
Just about any woman approaching menopause knows a hot flash when she feels one. That sudden overwhelming blast of heat that extends from your forehead to your toes and leaves you soaking with sweat occurs due to hormones mixing up your body’s temperature regulation (the hypothalamus). You can experience hot flashes all over your body or in just one area, but the extreme temperature change in your body is uncomfortable no matter where you feel it.
    3. Weight Gain
    4. Sleep Deprivation
    5. Vaginal Dryness
    6. Mood Swings
    7. Sore Breasts
