Let the Music Play

Shannon

We started dancing

And love put us into a groove

As soon as we started to move

The music played while our bodies

Displayed through the dance

Then love picked us out for romance

I thought it was clear

The plan was we would share this feeling

Just between ourselves

But when the music changed

The plan was re-arranged

He went to dance with someone else

We started dancing

And love put us into a groove

But now he's with somebody new

What does love want me to do

Love said

Let the music play

Let the music play

He won't get away

He tried pretending

A dance is just a dance but I see

He's dancing his way back to me

Guess he's discovered

We are truly lovers

Magic from the very start

'Cause love just kept me groovin'

And he felt me movin'

Even though we danced apart

Carlton Dean's Morris's Philosophy : SAGE I AM the ISLAND BOY say GOOD MORNING WORLD.

STOP, LOOK, LISTEN & THINK.

Life is one big road with lots of signs and sometime we find ourselves at that crossroad in life where we have to STOP, LOOK, LISTEN and THINK while figuring which ROUTE to take so that we can TRAVEL in the right DIRECTION.

Whatever we do let us try not to make any DECISION out of DESPERATION because NINE out of TEN we might just make the wrong DECISION; let us try our very best not to do anything TEMPORARY which will affect our lives NEGATIVELY PERMANENTLY.

SAGE I AM

ISLAND BOY REGGAE-POETRY

He will be sharing some of his books and how it applies to Eco/Community Tourism and of course our Discaover Jamaica Tour 2017.

Angeline Temple, author of the cookbook, From My Taste Buds To Yours, a cancer survivor, culinary extraordinaire, food photographer, food stylist, recipe developer and executive chef of Angeluscious Authentic Dishes is on a mission to inspire and educate others about the joys of eating whole foods and cooking from scratch. Her passion for all things culinary was inspired by her grandma and mother. Even though she has been catering for over 20 years, she never really considered herself a caterer until she became the CEO of Angeluscious Authentic Dishes. In 2004 Angeline was diagnosed with breast cancer and opted for bilateral mastectomy as opposed to radiation and chemotherapy. A few years later she was diagnosed with endometriosis which caused her to be bed ridden for 7 day each month during her menstrual cycle. Her doctor reassured her that another surgical procedure would remove the endometriosis permanently. The surgery was an absolute failure. Even after being prescribed numerous drugs, she continued to experience unbearable pains that are comparable to labor pains each month. After several complaints to her doctor, his only recommendation was a hysterectomy. She was fed up with the prescription meds that never seem to work and decided to become the CEO of her health. Angeline has educated herself on health and wellness and with the knowledge attained, she began to remove processed food from her diet and include more whole foods from the earth.  She hasn't felt the need for prescription drugs in over 4 years and relies on earth foods for her health. In her cookbook, of authentic Caribbean inspired recipes, she promotes cooking without the use of artificial ingredients and preservatives. Aside from being an author, she is an amazing chef and Le Cordon Bleu Alum who shares her knowledge and mouth watering dishes on pretty much all social media platforms.
