Do I have an overthinkers in the house?
LOL – it’s everyone. I was being tricky!
We overthink because we’ve learned to discount and silence our own voice.
We overthink because we live in fear of using our voice and power.
We overthink because we don’t trust our own voice or capabilities.
We’ve boxed ourselves in, you see, in personal disempowerment.
We are gonna change that and create wellness by practicing using our voices.
It’s time to UPGRADE OUR OPERATING SYSTEMS by ridding ourselves of the Bad Habit of Learning things the Hard Way
Stuck in varying degrees UNWELLNESS because we are TOO STUBBORN TO DO THE WORK to Struggle Less.
Creating Wellness that runs on autopilot is the goal because we have everything locked in to our daily practices.
