High Price, High Experience, High Customer Service ALL must Maatch
Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
We were talking about a little earlier. So like you said, you bought an $8,000 program and you got an $8 mug, right? What you should have gotten was an $80 gift basket that was, you know, was nicely appointed and it looked really sharp, right? Because you're like, wow, that's, you know, for what I'm getting on. That's what I'm getting for my money. Right? Okay, fair enough, right? So the experience has to match, it's all got to be that congruent, we talked about high price has to go with high experience, high touch, and high customer service. That's my expectation, you know, white-glove concierge across the board. And so you look at the aspects of the pricing and the services you're offering and they all have to match. So for example, if there's a high ticket item, and you go into an event, I expect there to be a cocktail reception for those people that paid a little bit extra. And maybe there's a meet and greet with the speaker or the singer or the talent for that night, or maybe they're giving preferred seating. If I'm going to be first in paying, I want to be first and everything else. I want the nicest gift. I want the nicest experience. I don't want to wait, I want the shortest wait, I want all the things I'm paying for all of the shortcuts, and all of the platinum or premium aspects that you have to offer.
