We decided to take a little break to get some much-needed rest. In this episode, we want to take some time to talk about how important it is to take a break and go off the radar.

Last week, we discussed the need for authentic study, community, and worship. I shared with Carlene that, as a pastor, we long for that, too, but some challenges accompany that. In this episode, I’m going to share a few things.

Prior, during, and after the pandemic we have heard so many people have mentioned to us that they just aren't feeling church anymore, and they are searching for something more authentic and organic. 

In this weeks episode we chose to discuss the important topic of thirsting, but not being quenched. 

Last week Carlene had the awesome privilege of attending the Glory Conference featuring Jackie Hill Perry. She felt the presence of the Lord as she was in the building. So we decided that we should discuss some of the topics that Jackie Hill discussed, and unpack our own thirst and what we are desiring.
