A bit of the song is heard in every episode and it is the theme song for the podcast, but this episode we finally get to listen to the entire song "I Should Have Asked You For Your Number" that Carlos wrote when performing in Atlantic City. He also talks about that era of his career and tells the story that inspired him to write the song. Carlos goes on to announce that he will start having invited guests join him on some episodes and informs the listening who his first guest will be.

With June being the month of Father's Day, Carlos talks about his Dad and informs the listeners that his Dad was also a musician and tells about his music career in Portugal and then his accomplishments after arriving in America. And as June is also Pride Month, Carlos tells a personal story of what it was like growing up gay in the 70's and having to hide who he truly was.
