John 12:25. Whenever I thought of God calling me to lose my life I always thought of this in terms of discipline and sacrifice. A tremendous shift has occurred in my heart and now I am beginning to see the invitation to lose my life through the lens of beloved identity. Lose the narcissistic version of life that I have settled for and find the life Yahweh created me for.
