Carolyn Shuttlesworth

Pastor Carolyn taught that the blood of Jesus still speaks today—testifying better things than Abel’s blood—and we must give voice to it through bold confession and testimony (Heb 12:24; Rev 12:11). She showed from Passover that the blood protects and declares “paid in full,” silencing accusation, shame, and the enemy’s plans. The blood also changes our “DNA”: in Christ we become new creations with a new bloodline and royal identity, breaking generational curses and empowering holy living (2 Cor 5:17; 1 Pet 2:9). Finally, the blood gives us direct access to God’s presence and covenant benefits—healing, deliverance, peace, provision—so we should ask in faith and actively receive them (Heb 10:19-22). Her call to action was to get loud in faith: speak the Word, testify, worship, and walk in the victory and authority the blood has secured.

This week, continuing her series on women in the Bible, Pastor Carolyn taught on Mary, highlighting her obedience, faith, and humility that positioned her for divine favor. She explained that Mary was chosen not for her status or influence but because of her surrendered heart, reminding listeners that God uses those who simply say “yes” to His plan. Even when faced with the impossible, Mary trusted God’s word over logic, showing that true faith begins where human reasoning ends. Pastor Carolyn encouraged women to surround themselves with faith-filled “Elizabeths” who strengthen belief in uncertain seasons and to keep worship at the center, praising God before seeing results. Closing the message, she emphasized that Mary’s enduring faith left a legacy, challenging everyone to live in obedience so their faith, too, leaves a lasting imprint on future generations.

Pastor Carolyn is back in the studio for a new series for moms! In this episode, she tackles identity—declaring you’re called, chosen, and far more than “just a mom.” Drawing from John 10, Proverbs 31, and Luke 10:19, she reminds mothers they carry strength, dignity, authority, and Holy Spirit discernment. She calls moms ministers in their own homes—at the kitchen table, in car rides, and at bedtime—urging words and actions to align with God’s Word through loving correction and constant encouragement. Don’t miss what’s next: tomorrow explores your platform as a mom, and day three equips you for the battle—so you can lead with unity, boldness, and victory for your family.

In this episode, Pastor Carolyn teaches on the story of Rahab and how faith can rewrite your story and redeem generations. Rahab was known for her past, but God saw her potential and used her faith to bring redemption and new beginnings. Her bold faith moved her to action, showing that true belief often requires risk before seeing results. God honored her faith, not her background or reputation, proving that He values hearts that trust Him over worldly titles. Through Rahab’s example, Pastor Carolyn encourages women to walk in courageous faith, trust God’s plan, and believe that He can turn even a painful past into a redeemed legacy.

In this episode, Pastor Carolyn teaches on the Samaritan woman, showing how Jesus meets us in ordinary moments and turns them into divine appointments. He offers living water that alone can satisfy, calling us to stop seeking fulfillment in temporary things and instead find wholeness in Him. Jesus lovingly confronts our past and sin, not to shame us but to bring freedom, healing, and grace. True worship flows from a sincere heart in spirit and truth, becoming a daily lifestyle rather than a ritual. Finally, like the Samaritan woman, we are empowered to boldly share our testimony so others can experience the overflowing life of Christ.
