Its okay to survive

If you didn't experience one of these things at some point during this pandemic you are a robot. 

The last thing I want to say before I peace out is that its okay to fall down and lose your spark. Just make sure when you get back up you rise as the whole damn flame. falling isn't the problem. Without mistakes and failures we cannot grow. We stay stagnated. Take the time to recover, process, and grow and then rise from the ashes like the phoenix you are and conquer the very thing that made you fall.

Who are you TRULY intimate with?

Don't let anyone make you feel bad for living your truth. If you want to wait then wait... If you don't then that's your choice. Can't no one live your life but you.

Don't allow loneliness to make you desperate

I hope that this episode helps someone heal. I hope you realize that acceptance starts from the inside. You can't seek validation from others because they will take advantage. Your desire to be loved will more than likely be manipulated. Learning to love yourself will help you know what is real and what is not. We all hold value in our lives. We all have a purpose and if we don't unlearn these negative behaviors we will never be able to fulfill them.
