Today I'm going to talk to my good friend Cindy about how she's been coping with the pandemic and some of her experiences in searching for the right therapist. We'll talk about some of the red flags in a therapist, what to look out for in choosing a therapist, and when we knew we had found "the one". We'll share our experiences in taking care of our mental health during uncertainty and some updates on our two separate lives in Tokyo and London!

Today I'm going to talk to someone who was in a 6 year relationship, which happened to be a secret relationship because they're both women. And then it ended. On good terms. But, just like any other story, there's always more to it than that. We talk about the beginning of the relationship, all the sweet things in the relationship, how it ended, and what my guest has learned about herself and about relationships.
