Carsten Dohm joins Glen and Saul to talk about his role at San Diego and The Right to Dream. The Right to Dream is one of the most exciting player development projects in world football right now. Graduates include Mohammed Kudus from West Ham.

Carsten talks about the the project which has academies in West Africa, Egypt, Denmark and now San Diego and how they develop technically excellent decision makers for the 1st teams of their pro teams in Denmark and now San Diego but ultimately for the top leagues in world football.
