Once a student who came along with me to Model United Nations, Fatin now works for the actual United Nations! She is an Associate Programme Officier at the UNFCCC in Bonn, Germany. Fatin was one of 100 outstanding young leaders who earned a "green ticket"to attend the first United Nations Youth Climate Summit and the Secretary-General's Climate Action Summit in 2019. She was also awarded Top 30 Under 30 Sustainability Leader. 

Speaking in her own capacity and not as a spokesperson for the UNFCCC, Fatin breaks down some complex issues to help me understand the work being done to increase adaptability and resilience with regards to climate change.

Back in the day, I was the teacher who nagged Tiana to stop chatting with her friends while I was teaching! But wouldn't you know, it's Tiana's wonderful gift for talking and connecting that propels her success. She hosts a podcast with her fiance Sophie and it is ranked 1.5% globally! Tiana talks to me about the creation of She. | Shifting Her Experience, a podcast and a brand that embraces "non-traditional" conversations concerning self-improvement, feminist and LGBTQ+ issues.
