Lee is the creator of Washington Hikers and Climbers, a Facebook Group with over 21,000 members. He describes how and why he started the group and shows off his love for all of the members.

He tells some of his older memories on the trail and current ones as well. His passions for slower climbs have resulted in his top 10 list of day hikes that only has 15 hikes on it! He tells it all in this episode.

Everett Herald Outdoor writer and subsequently an avid hiker, she writes stories about her adventures and finds unique stories in Washington's Snohomish County and beyond. If you live in her papers area, you most likely have read some of her work.

She tells about hiking with her daughter and husband on many day hikes and some backpacking trips including: The Tetons, Wonderland Trail, The Enchantments and sections of the Pacific Crest Trail.

Don Sanderson lives and hikes mostly in Snohomish County. His daughter encouraged him to start hiking in the late 80's and he still enjoys it today.

Don gives back  a lot of his time by doing trail work with the Mountaineers and the local chapter of PCTA. Here is a link to the Trail Skills College we discussed.

He talks a lot about the work he helped do on Three Fingers Mountain lookout, as well as his work clearing fallen trees in the backcountry.
