In the summer of 2007, an 18-year-old woman vanished from the local Target shopping center. Her car was found later that night, and when investigators reviewed the security camera footage the next day they saw their suspect. It didn’t take long for police to apprehend 26-year-old Edwin Roy Hall and charge him with Kelsey’s murder. After her body was found and the horrifying details came to light, it showed how much of a monster Edwin was. This week we discuss the harrowing and tragic murder of Kelsey Ann Smith.
