In the United States, there are a few contenders for the title UFO capital. You might think it’s New Mexico, with its sprawling deserts and history of UFO crashes and secret military bases. After compiling data on UFO sightings throughout the US, it turns out that the state you're most likely to spot unidentified aerial phenomenon is Vermont. Located in the northeastern U.S., known as the “Green Mountain State”, Vermont has a history with UFOs stretching as far back as the mid 17th century.
